Raw Mana is an international construction and services group with interests covering civil engineering, renewable energy, construction, metal fabrication, and property partnerships. We design, build, and operate buildings and structures which improve the quality of people’s living and working environment through infrastructure, energy, public buildings, and private homes.
Raw Mana combines innovative technical expertise with local knowledge and a personal approach to deliver contracts and full, turnkey solutions to the highest of standards. We are developing a number of projects across the South Pacific and are always keen to work with partners on new opportunities.

Strong relationships
Raw Mana engages with a fully integrated supply chain. To deliver the best, we need to work with the best. Therefore, all suppliers are thoroughly vetted during a rigorous prequalification process which may include the submission of health and safety records, proof of financial stability, the completion of a prequalification questionnaire, and a visit to their place of work from Raw Mana.

Havea has significant experience in operating successful businesses. He is a creative and strategic thinker who is not only committed to delivering projects but delivering benefits to the communities he works within.
Havea’s dedication for finding the right solution whatever the challenge, has culminated in excellent results over the past fifteen years on large scale civil engineering and construction programmes.
A successful entrepreneur and Raw Mana founder, he has developed valuable industry insight, experience, and has global supplier contacts to ensure only the very best outcomes. He has vast knowledge of operating multiple concurrent projects and delivering successfully under challenging timelines and conditions.
Havea creates opportunities for value creation and has a personable approach working closely with customers, partners, and staff to exceed expectations.
Sililo Martens
Chief Commercial Officer
An innovative entrepreneur with many successful businesses and global contacts, Sililo has refined his commercial strategy, project management and development experience over the last twelve years.
A co-founder of Raw Mana, he is dedicated to commercial success through technical knowledge, marketing, and business acumen to ensure our customers and partners satisfaction.
Utilising his decade of skills developed as a professional athlete, Sililo has excellent leadership capabilities. He is experienced in developing high-performing, resilient teams even under high pressure situations. He has a strong belief in ensuring customer service is provided to the highest level which is a focus for Raw Mana.
Miriama Mahuika
Chief Operations Officer
A highly experienced professional with successful track record of leading operations, marketing, technical, and commercial teams within the construction sector. Miriama specialises in renewable energy, large-scale projects, smart technology, and sustainability.
A co-founder of Raw Mana, she is dedicated to innovative methods and technology to support decarbonisation of the built environment. Miriama believes sustainable materials, culture, landscape, and long-lasting quality are inextricably linked.
With fourteen years’ experience in the construction and renewable energy industries, Miriama leads Raw Mana's commitment to sustainability within all areas of its operations. She develops creative solutions to maximise urban plans and drive change on the net zero potential that can be delivered for homes, workplaces, and infrastructure to provide commercial and lifestyle benefits.
Neil Hodson
Chief Financial Officer
A finance and business director with over twenty years’ experience in the construction sector for a FTSE100 company. He has significant experience providing support, advice and decision-making across all business areas particularly in setting strategic direction.
Neil has delivered numerous high-level projects and has considerable commercial, contractual, and financial experience in controlling multi-million-pound projects.
He is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and results on time and budget. Neil has a meticulous approach to financial matters and account management which provides peace of mind to our customers and partners.
Finau Fonua
Senior Project Manager
A senior project manager and engineer, Finau has twelve years’ experience implementing large-scale and complex projects across the construction and electrical sectors including renewable energy.
Finau’s project management skills are complemented with his knowledge of health and safety and supporting methodologies, powerline and transmission tower asset management, building infrastructure, water management, and associated civil engineering works.
With a passion for technology and engineering, Finau has a strong environmental commitment to optimise resources through a circular economy, preserve natural environments, biodiversity, and renewable energy. He is highly collaborative with a flexible and open-minded approach to all challenges. He enjoys analysing industry procedures and keeps abreast of new technologies and engineering software.
